Due to its current occupants emigrating to Canada, our lovely apartment in Rotterdam is available for rent again.
It’s situated in a the up-and-coming lively neighbourhood of Tussendijken, only 11 mins by bike from Rotterdam Central Station. In addition, it has easy access to the A20 and A13 as well as public transport.
Supermarkets (AH & Jumbo), HEMA, schools and other conveniences are all within walking distance. In addition, the lively street market every Thursdays and Saturdays at the Grote Visserijplein is within walking distance.
The apartment itself measures a very generous 155 m². It’s spread over three floors and had 5 bedrooms. It’s ideal for working from home (we previously used one of the rooms as a photography studio) and also allows plenty of room for kids.
Upon entering through the front door you go up two flights of stairs. From the spacious hallway you enter the first floor with an open-plan kitchen and small balcony.
The design-kitchen has many clever cabinets as well as the perfect food-lover’s stove: a 6 ring Boretti with two ovens. It leads on to the L-shaped living room.

Another perfect space for a home office, sumptuous bedroom or (second) lounge.
